It is my honor to lead Special Enforcement Team in it's mission to enhance the quality of life for the citizens of Los Santos, by providing a safer community in which to live through the identification and deterrence of criminal activity. The Detective Division accomplishes this mission by maximizing traditional investigative techniques in combination with the most current technological resources available. The Special Enforcement Team is responsible for a favorable outcome in any high-risk situation south of Vinewood by the use of SWAT, in conjunction with SAHP CIRT and BCSO RDT.

As a result of increasing drug crime and gang violence, the LSPD Founded the Street Crimes Unit to combat violent crime and improve the safety of various neighborhoods in Los Santos. Through community policing, foot patrols, and criminal stings, the program has proven effective in reducing store robberies, deterring armed violence, and removing drugs from gangs. Because of their heavy reliance on intel, the Street Crimes Unit spends time bonding with the community through outreach programs.

The Major Crimes Division (MCD) works out of the Mission Row Police Station; you can learn more here.
The Major Crimes Division responds to and investigates high-profile crimes in Los Santos. From solving murders to apprehending bank robbery suspects, these detectives are some of the finest in San Andreas. Working alongside SBI and Criminal Investigations, MCD is able to bring prosecution to the most violent offenders.

The Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT), works out of the Mission Row Police Station, you can learn more here.
The Special Weapons & Tactics detail of the Special Enforcement Team is primarily responsible for the serving of warrants & apprehension of violent criminals. They will coordinate with SCU & MCD for the efficient serving of warrants & the following investigation. SWAT is also tasked with responding and intervening with any high-risk calls in the City of Los Santos.
